Job Title: Queensland Sales Manager
The role of a Sales Manager in Queensland is to drive business growth through strategic sales planning and effective account management, focusing on the real estate sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the Queensland real estate market and be able to develop and implement a comprehensive state sales strategy to sell payment services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a state sales strategy to sell payment services and achieve significant gross transactional value (GTV)
* Deliver against sales plans and meet annual GTV and account management targets within assigned territory/accounts
* Forecast state sales activity and revenue, research relevant targets to develop lead lists and identify new sales opportunities
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a sales executive within the Queensland Real Estate Industry with a strong background in software selling
* Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or account manager in real estate with a proven ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to present and influence all levels of the organisation
