Key Responsibilities
* Speech Pathology: Conduct communication and swallowing assessments, develop mealtime management plans, provide ongoing therapy and intervention, and assess Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) needs.
* Key Worker Support: Work closely with families to set individualized goals, providing evidence‐based interventions in areas like communication, play, mobility, sensory processing, and emotional regulation.
* Empower and educate caregivers, building their capacity to support their child's development.
* Coordinate care across disciplines and collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic, multidisciplinary support for the child.
* Maintain a strengths‐based and family‐centered approach to therapy, ensuring active participation in family and community life.
* Providing consultative support to other Key Workers specific to your discipline/background.
What We Offer
* Work‐Life Balance: Flexible hours, the option to work remotely, suburban office locations with free parking, and clients located near your home or office for convenience.
* Professional Development: Access to extensive internal training, special interest groups, mentorship from experienced managers, and a comprehensive graduate program.
* Career Pathways: Opportunities for specialization in paediatrics, leadership roles, or other areas such as Positive Behaviour Support and more.
* Supportive Environment: Join a team of 50+ Speech Pathologists and work within a diverse and inclusive culture that values your input and career growth.
Role Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA registration or eligibility.
* Passion for working with children and families, with significant experience in paediatric clinical services.
* A car and licence, plus a National Police Clearance, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
