At Rodin Business Solutions, we help businesses stay connected through smart, reliable telecommunications and data solutions that support real operational outcomes.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded Telco & Data Solutions Specialist to join our team in Wollongong.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working closely with customers and partners, and helping businesses find the right solution for their needs.

You may come from an Account Management, Partner Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Telecommunications background—and while exposure to telco or connectivity solutions is highly regarded, you do not need to be deeply technical to succeed in this role.

What matters most is your ability to understand customer needs, communicate confidently, and help drive positive commercial outcomes.

The Opportunity

This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role sitting between sales, product, and delivery.

You'll work closely with customers, carrier partners, and internal teams to help shape solutions, support opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of Rodin's products and services.

The role offers strong variety and visibility across the business, with the opportunity to genuinely influence customer outcomes and how solutions are delivered.

What You'll Be Doing
* Support the sales team with solution recommendations and customer discussions
* Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and carrier partners
* Assist with customer reviews, renewals, and ongoing account support
* Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations
* Help identify opportunities to improve products, services, and customer experience
* Coordinate with internal delivery and support teams to ensure smooth customer outcomes
* Conduct regular partner engagement and relationship management activities
* Provide guidance and support around telco and connectivity solutions
* Contribute ideas around emerging technologies, AI solutions, and product enhancements
About You

You're a strong communicator who enjoys working with customers and building trusted relationships.

You know how to balance customer needs with commercial outcomes and are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.

You may bring experience from:
* Account Management
* Partner Management
* Business Development
* Customer Success
* Telecommunications Sales
* Technology or IT solutions environments
You'll also bring:
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* A customer-first mindset
* Confidence presenting solutions and engaging stakeholders
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving abilityExposure to telecommunications, data, connectivity, or managed services environments (highly regarded)
