Respond to staffing changes, absences, and urgent workforce requirements in real time. Partner with Area Managers and service teams to address workforce needs and optimise staffing outcomes. Coordinate casual staff and external agencies to maintain service continuity. Navigate multiple systems and support continuous improvement of rostering and workforce processes. Ensure adherence to staffing ratios, child safety requirements, and mandatory training obligations. Balance proactive workforce planning with responsive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
