Graduate Program & Responsibilities
WHY YOU'LL LOVE OUR 2027 GRADUATE PROGRAM
You will learn a whole lot, not just clinical skills but business skills, people skills and all the intangible things that can take you from good to excellent. You will make mistakes, learn and grow, be challenged, succeed in ways that matter, forge great relationships, have lots of fun, transform lives and learn from experts in the field.
* Supporting participants in the community or clinic
* Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy
* Advocating for and working with participants and carers to help achieve goals

* A guaranteed salary of $86,800 including super
* KM travel reimbursement
* $1,500 annual PD allowance

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
* You're a soon-to-be graduated OT who is:
* AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
* Curious and compassionate
* Excited to learn and try new things
* Keen for a workplace with flexibility, growth and support
* Ready to make a difference in people's lives
* Not afraid of a good OT pun (bonus points if you make your own)
* A licensed driver with your own vehicle
