About the Role
We are seeking a detail-orientated and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This role is ideal for early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing activities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate event registrations.
The ideal candidate will perform with agility and excel in prioritisation of a broad range of responsibilities as they work with multiple Marketing Managers to deliver projects and deadlines across events and industries.

Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy: Support the execution of event marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
* Campaign execution: Deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media channels
* Understand Your Customer: Have a general knowledge of the industry to identify trends, opportunities, new partners and target audiences
* Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and campaign assets
* Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels
* Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and analyse data to inform decision-making and reporting
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Managers, sales teams, and external partners
* Cross-functional Work: Collaborate across teams to deliver customer engagement and drive business outcomes
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 1-3 years\' experience in a marketing role, preferably in a b2b environment
* Strong organisational skills and project management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Analytical skills with an interest in data-driven marketing
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
* Ability to work collaboratively while managing priorities independently
