Weir Minerals Kalgoorlie is offering a rare opportunity to work hands‐on with the WARMAN MCR‐M 760 HF+ mill pump — the largest mill circuit pump on the planet. This is the pinnacle of rotating equipment, and you'll be one of the few fitters in the world trusted to maintain it.

What you'll do
* Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors in support of a world‐class safety culture.
* Tackle breakdowns across various sites, diagnose issues quickly and get equipment operational.
* Perform high‐precision, high‐impact work on rotating equipment such as pumps, valves and cyclones.
* Strip, rebuild and overhaul complex components.
* Assess wear, diagnose faults and machine castings to tight tolerances.
* Work from detailed engineering drawings.
* Support shutdowns across the Goldfields region.
* Collaborate with leading hands and management to deliver top‐tier workmanship.
* Maintain and rebuild the WARMAN MCR‐M 760 HF+, a piece of equipment that sets the global benchmark for mill circuit performance.
What you'll bring
* Tertiary trades qualification in Mechanical Fitting.
* Proven fitting experience delivering high‐quality work within tight tolerances.
* Current drivers licence (MR preferred). Must be able to provide a current police check.
* Desirable: crane operators' ticket and doggers ticket.
