A Key Role in Our Commercial and Design Engineering Team
We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic and motivated individual with a background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or relevant discipline) to take on an exciting growth opportunity in our business. This is an excellent chance to provide technical support and application advice for all products to our Sales team and External customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide Technical Support and Application Advice for All Products
* Support Sales Teams and External Customers via Email and Phone
* Assist Customers, the Customer Service and Sales Teams, and with Pre-Sales Technical Inquiries
* Provide Specialist Product Advice to Internal and External Stakeholders
* Manage and Resolve Complaints and Technical Inquiries Promptly and Effectively
* Cross-Functional Collaboration with Engineers, Consultants, and Managers—To Deliver Accurate Solutions for Business-Related Technical Projects
* Create and Maintain Technical Resources, Such as Website Content and Knowledge Base Articles
* Facilitate Technical Training Sessions for Internal Staff, Focusing on the Customer Service Centre
* Support Sales Staff with Technical Presentations and Field Assistance as Required
Requirements:
* Tertiary Qualifications in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Consideration Will be Made for Applicants in Related Disciplines)
* 1-3+ Years Experience in an Engineering Role
* Practical Application Knowledge in Power Distribution, Motor Control, Automation, Machine Safety or Industrial Products
* Demonstrated Passion for Building a Career in Technology, with a Proactive Attitude Towards Continuous Learning
* Keen Attention to Detail and Strong Aptitude for Problem-Solving
* Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
