Partnered Health is made up of a number of established businesses that have been delivering health services to more than five million people over the last 25 years including Jobfit Health Group, Partnered Health Medical Centres, Northcare Physio, Baseline Onsite, Fuel Your Life, Compass Group and New View Psychology. The HR Business Partner will work closely with experienced Senior HR Business Partners, to positively contribute to a high performing culture, through supporting various areas including culture, leadership, workforce effectiveness, talent management and developing people solutions to achieve the organisation’s objectives and reduce associated risks to the business. Along with working closely with leaders across the business, the HR Business Partner will work with an established HR Team, including HR Business Partners and Coordinators. About the Role: - Partner, advise and coach leaders across several sites, enabling leaders to build a performance culture that supports our values and business objectives. - Support managers in addressing employee performance issues including performance improvement plans, investigations and managing grievances. - Provide guidance and input on major workplace change and re-structures, ensuring that core HR processes are applied appropriately and in a compliant manner. - Identify key trends and contribute to creating HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance. - Mentor and develop HR Coordinators, promoting professional growth and development. - Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting retention, compensation, benefits, organisational development and learning & development. - Develop and deliver HR projects, programs, and initiatives.
