Compensation & Schedule
* Salary Package: Up to $130,000 base + super dependent on experience, including up to $10,000 relocation bonus; and clinic incentive bonuses.
* Roster: Minimum 25 hours a week, Monday & Sunday confirmed shifts with 1‐2 other days.
Store Information
* 4‐room store with 4 Optometrists – a strong and experienced team who are hardworking and supportive.
* Operating on a 20‐minute rolling clinic, with a strong FOH retail team to support.
Patient Demographic
* Varied demographic, spanning young children to elderly with a particular focus on myopia control.
