Reporting into our Brisbane branch, you'll spend your days on the road building strong customer relationships, growing your territory, and closing deals that make a real impact.
What you'll be doing
* Own and execute your territory plan, maximising face‐to‐face customer time
* Drive sales performance through market insights, forecasting, and target achievement
* Build lasting partnerships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Deliver exceptional equipment handovers and customer experiences
* Support and mentor sales cadets and team members
What you'll bring
* Proven B2B sales experience (construction equipment knowledge highly regarded)
* Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
* Energy, drive, and a proactive, "make it happen" mindset
* A passion for building relationships and winning deals
* Flexibility to travel and a current driver's licence (HR/MC or willingness to obtain)
