Carry out day-to-day maintenance tasks including general repairs, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical
- workRespond promptly to resident maintenance requ
- estsSupport preventative maintenance programs to keep equipment and facilities in top condi
- tionMaintain community cleanliness and presentation to Greystar's premium stand
- ardsOversee contractor works, ensuring quality, safety and full compli

You're a practical problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering great service. Ideally, you will

Experience in property, facilities, or building main
- tenanceTrade skills across carpentry, painting, plumbing, or electrical (qualifications desirable but not ess
- ential)Physical Requirements: Comfortable lifting up to 12kg, climbing ladders, and staying active throughout the day while following safe work pra
