Job Overview – Lead the crew by safely operating heavy vehicles, packing and loading customer belongings, and completing uplift & delivery services across residences while delivering excellent customer service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Operate heavy vehicles safely and in line with compliance requirements.
* Lead and support removal crews on daily jobs.
* Coordinate loading, unloading and safe stowing of goods.
* Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the move.
* Maintain vehicle checks, equipment and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Current MR licence.
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
* Safety-focused with a solid understanding of compliance responsibilities.
* Reliable, organised and customer-focused.
* Comfortable with physical work and manual handling.
* Willingness to learn, develop and complete ongoing training.
