Selection Criteria:
- Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and current full registration with AHPRA and/or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer and demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development. Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Psychologist with a four year degree in psychology and registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA).
- Demonstrated experience in providing comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions, inclusive of risk assessments, safety planning and the provision of collaborative care and discharge planning.
- Demonstrated high level written, verbal and interpersonal skills, to both engage patients/clients and work effectively with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience in exercising independent professional judgement in the provision of clinical care using evidence-based practice, commensurate with years of experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to the use and application of professional and clinical digital technologies.
- Demonstrated participation or leadership in quality improvement processes and teaching, commensurate with years of experience.
- Ability to respond to the demands and pressures of the role while managing time effectively.
- Current NSW drivers licence and a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
