About the role
Joondalup Resort is a premier leisure, corporate, and tourism destination. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead operations at The Alcove and Kangaroo Arms. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of our restaurant, bars, and room service.
Responsibilities
Driving performance to meet and exceed KPIs for The Alcove and Kangaroo Arms
Ensuring service standards, policies, and procedures are consistently upheld
Managing supplier relationships, stock control, and month-end reporting
Leading, mentoring, and developing staff in alignment with our people and culture values
About you
You’re a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role within a busy restaurant and bar environment
A tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management (desirable)
Strong knowledge of current food and beverage trends
A commitment to service excellence and team development
