In this role you will have 3 direct reports, leading a team of Regulatory and Market Access, Professional Education, and Digital & Brand, as well as responsible for establishing and controlling the EBOS MedTech strategy in partnership with the CEO of EBOS MedTech. The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to build relationships across the 4 businesses, playing a pivotal role in leading and developing marketing competency across EBOS MedTech to achieve market share and profitability goals. What You’ll Bring to the Team:
* A natural ability to connect with others, build networks, and foster meaningful relationships
* Strong organisational skills, with excellent planning and time management to manage competing priorities effectively
* Strategic thinking skills, planning & resource management and financial management and reporting analysis skills
* Highly effective collaboration, influence, communication, and business reporting skills
* A comprehensive understanding of the operational aspects of a distribution business, preferably within medical devices
* Degree qualified in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
What You’ll Do:
* In collaboration with relevant stakeholders formulate the EBOSMedTech commercial strategy and assist in aligning business effort and financial investment to achieve stated goals
* Prepare necessary internal and external communications related to the EBOSMedTech strategy and brand
* Lead the 3-year strategy plan process for EBOSMedTech, providing guidance to operating companies & functions where required. Co-lead the annual budget process with finance to ensure strategy execution is reflected in business objectives
* Leading, mentoring and developing a successful and high performing team of marketing professionals across Regulatory and Market Access, Digital & Brand and Professional Education, leveraging across and maximising synergies across all operating companies
