About the Role
Driven by a commitment to customer and clinical excellence, the Associate Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions to Surgeons and Healthcare Professionals.
This includes supporting Arthrex's comprehensive product portfolio across Sports Medicine, Extremities and Trauma, Capital Consumables, and Orthobiologics.
Reporting to a local Regional Sales Manager, your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:
* Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products/solutions that addresses customer's pain points
* Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information
* Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launches
* Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary‐level degree or equivalent
* Exceptional team player, and a long term, relationship-based sales approach
* Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
* Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
The successful applicant MUST have rights to work in AUS, and a valid Driver Licence.
