What You'll Be Doing
* Providing residential and accommodation support
* Offering transport and community access
* Delivering in‐home support services
* Supporting family connections
* Mentoring and facilitating life skills development
* Keeping case notes, reporting and communicating with stakeholders
You'll work closely with young people, families, Child Safety, foster carers and other support services to help deliver meaningful outcomes.

Essential Requirements
* Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Child Safety & Personal History Screening Check
* Certificate IV (or higher) in Youth Work, Community Services, or related field (or currently studying)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Driver's Licence
* Strong communication and reporting skills
* Availability for evenings, weekends and sleep‐over shifts is essential
Job Details
* Job Types: Full‐time, Part‐time, Casual
* Pay: $35.65 – $81.24 per hour
* Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
* Education: Certificate I – IV (Required)
* Licence/Certification: Blue Card, First Aid Certificate and CPR, Driver Licence (all Required)
