Job Summary
A team player is required to manage the daily operations of an Outside School Hours Care Service. This involves coordinating staff, developing quality programs and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing quality programs for children in our care;
* Coordinating staffing and rostering to ensure adequate coverage;
* Maintaining accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies;
* Collaborating with educators to provide a safe and engaging environment for children.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have completed or be close to completing a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching. You will also have sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare. Additionally, you must thrive in delivering excellent customer service.
