About the Role
As the Store Manager you will lead a team of Dyson Experts in a unique Demo Zone, delivering owner experiences, product demonstrations, and world‐class service. You will oversee operations, including inventory and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and challenge a team to deliver an optimal owner experience, focusing on strengthening experience, education and cultivating a community of Dyson owners.
* Lead by example and support your team to deliver a best‐in‐class demonstration and experience of Dyson machines.
* Deliver a sustainable retail platform that is efficient, evolving, and exceeds customer expectations while maintaining a safe, compliant, cost‐controlled culture.
* Take personal responsibility for achieving KPIs, including sales, customer service and profitability targets.
* Launch new products and services.
* Continuously build product knowledge and keep updated on product developments, supporting the store team to do the same.
* Handle gift wrapping and other related tasks.
* Perform general tasks related to store operations, including cleaning and tidying communal areas.
About You
* Understanding of in‐store operations, workforce scheduling, stock management, compliance, health and safety, security, and day‐to‐day store requirements.
* Track record for creating innovative solutions that solve problems and challenge convention.
* Experience leading, motivating and developing a team in premium retail.
* Experience in store leadership and day‐to‐day operations.
* Ability to communicate with, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Contract Details
This is a fixed‐term contract until April 2027, covering the shopping centre's trading hours.
