About the Role
As a Childcare Educator, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
* Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development
* Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-prepared Montessori environment
* Assist with documentation, programming, and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently working toward one)
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Knowledge or experience with the Montessori approach (highly regarded)
* A caring, patient, and collaborative attitude
