**Job Overview**
This role is crucial for ensuring user adoption, minimising disruption and maximising business benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Change Management Strategy: Design, develop and implement a holistic change management strategy for assigned projects detailing the overall approach, key activities and outcomes required to land the change successfully
* Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation conducting stakeholder analysis building strong relationships and tailored engagement strategies and ensuring buy-in and support for projects
* Communication Planning: Develop and execute a detailed communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress upcoming changes and value proposition of new platforms
* Training Program Development: Design develop and deliver a comprehensive training program for end-users administrators and other key roles including creating training materials conducting in-person and virtual training sessions and managing the training schedule
* User Adoption and Resistance Management: Actively monitor user adoption rates and identify potential areas of resistance developing and implementing strategies to address concerns provide support and encourage positive user behaviour
* Impact Assessment: Conduct change impact analyses to identify how implementation will affect business processes roles and responsibilities
* Reinforcement and Support: Establish post-go-live support mechanisms and feedback loops to ensure a smooth transition and continuous improvement providing coaching and support to leadership and managers to drive change within their teams establishing change champion initiatives to drive engagement
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration organisational development or related field
* Experience: Proven experience in change management organisational transformation or related roles
* Knowledge: Strong knowledge of change management methodologies analytical skills strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail communication skills excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely project management experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively interpersonal skills strong collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation experience with Salesforce and Amazon Connect highly regarded
