Responsibilities
You'll work alongside a busy close‐knit team, be required to motivate and inspire the kitchen to provide quality and consistency of service and food. The venue is a busy and vibrant bistro‐style location that serves a full menu. This creative role gives the right candidate the opportunity to expand and inspire both the team and the clientele.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Trade qualified with three or more years' experience
* Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
* Ability to produce consistent quality
* Positive, 'can‐do' attitude
* Own traditional uniform and knives
* Experience with quality a‐la‐carte dining
* Keen eye with high attention to detail
* Willingness to assist with menu planning and suggestions
