Accounting Leadership Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounting team and overseeing various financial processes. This includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Lead the preparation and review of general ledger reconciliations on a timely basis.
* Prepare monthly management reports, annual financial statements, and other required financial documents.
* Process all required journals and maintain accurate Ledger entries.
* Oversee the end-to-end accounting functions for selected Group entities.
* Provide senior executive reporting and support Treasury functions.
* Mentor and develop the Finance team's capabilities.
* Assess new business initiatives to ensure they meet finance, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
This role requires a Senior Financial Accountant with 5+ years of experience in a commercial or chartered environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, internal controls, and finance practices. They will also possess advanced Excel skills, experience in an ERP environment, and excellent communication skills.
