Role
Could suit an individual who is entry level to a highly experienced person, if you have an entrepreneurial mindset who is seeking a genuine partnership stake in the local business. Rural land professional is the best description. This is a full time role with core hours but the week is flexible.
Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $65,000 to $150,000 + super + vehicle + phone + equity.
Qualifications
For an experienced person, a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification would be a minimum with an aptitude for technical assignments. Entry level applicants will get the most out of this opportunity by achieving a CPV qualification once in the job and should demonstrate a high level of technical curiosity.
Responsibilities
* contribute to professional reports (within qualifications at the time)
* carry out property research and analysis (within qualifications at the time)
* QA drafts and final reports
* self manage time including recording hours
* client relationships
Skills – Essential
* digital literacy for report production
* MS Office proficiency required for valuation report production and documentation
* awareness of the frameworks around NSW property transactions
* maintain client confidentiality
* work within templates and procedures
* current drivers license
* Diploma level qualification required as minimum educational standard
* Australian citizenship required for this position
Skills – Desired
* experience with rural property in NSW and buyer motivations
* use initiative when the task requires
* client liaison
* small business promotion
