Architectus is seeking a creative and adept all-round Interior Designer to work across large scale residential and multi-res projects as part of our Living Sector team. Supported by a larger, cooperative team, your project delivery skills, including strong design, documentation in Revit, and delivery, will be critical to your success.
What you'll do:
Prepare tender documentation, designs, renderings and presentations across all project stages
Apply technical knowledge to propose design solutions and improvements
Ensure all project documentation is organised and meets studio standards
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams
Attend site visits and support tasks assigned by the Team or Project Leader
Receive guidance from Project Leaders on issues affecting quality, deadlines or budgets
What you'll bring:
4+ years post-graduate experience, with exposure to large-scale residential and mixed-use building (essential)
Solid design intuition with the ability to take concepts into 3D design development
Proficiency in Revit, Enscape and InDesign
Solid knowledge of materials, construction methods and relevant codes
Strong communication, documentation and time-management skills, with a collaborative, growth-focused mindset
