About The Position
We are seeking qualified Industrial Electricians to join our Maintenance team at our Inverell Processing Facility. In this role, you will undertake a wide range of preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure our production facility has minimal downtime and operates efficiently.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on plant equipment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimise downtime.
* Ensure safety standards are always met (safety comes first).
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
* Current Trade Certification - Cert III Electrotechnology
* NSW Electrical Licence
* Experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
* Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
* Knowledge of motor controls, PLCs, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
* Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations.
* Exceptional problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
* Well-developed fault finding and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to understand production processes and requirements.
* Ability to work as part of a rotating roster and undertake weekend maintenance work.
