The Role: We’re seeking an enthusiastic Associate Account Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis at our Gold Coast office. As an Associate Account Manager at Ready Media Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our senior Account Directors in QLD, while independently managing a growing portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will span from campaign execution and relationship building to lead generation and business development. This is a dynamic, client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and is passionate about commercial property and digital media. You will be instrumental in driving growth across the Gold Coast and broader Queensland region. Reporting to: National Sales Director Account Director - QLD Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation contributions $12,000 OTE (approx.) Your Key Responsibilities will be: Client Relationship Management · Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial real estate agents, developers, property marketers, and investment groups across the Queensland territory. · Act as a reliable point of contact for your assigned clients, providing timely support and solutions to help them achieve their marketing goals. Sales Support & Administration · Assist the QLD Account Director and National Sales Director with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and client reports. · Help manage ongoing accounts by coordinating campaign details, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Lead Generation & Business Development · Proactively identify and research new business opportunities within the QLD development, commercial property, and investment landscape. · Initiate outbound contact via cold calls, email outreach, and in-person meetings to introduce Ready Media Group’s services to potential clients. Product Knowledge & Presentation · Develop a deep understanding of our digital advertising solutions, native content products, and data-driven marketing tools. · Confidently present and tailor these offerings to meet the unique needs of each client, clearly communicating their value and benefits. Campaign Coordination · Collaborate with internal teams—including Technology, Social, Operations, and Creative—to coordinate and launch client campaigns across our digital platforms. · Monitor campaign performance and ensure deliverables are met on time and to the client’s satisfaction. CRM & Pipeline Management · Accurately log all client communications, meetings, proposals, and opportunities in the company CRM. · Keep your sales pipeline current and up to date to support team forecasting and reporting. Event Participation & Industry Engagement · Represent Ready Media Group at industry events, property forums, networking functions, and client activations across Queensland. · Build visibility for the brand and strengthen your network within the property and real estate development sectors.
