We are seeking to establish a pool of Home Economics Assistants for permanent and fixed term, part-time vacancies which may arise during the **** school year.
Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Bridgetown High School (HS) is situated approximately is located 270 kms south of Perth on the Blackwood River in the Southwest region of Western Australia and proudly meets the needs of local students in Years 7 to Years 10.

The Role Bridgetown HS are seeking motivated, passionate and dedicated Home Economics Assistants
Suitable applicants will ideally work effectively in a team environment and should be able to show initiative and organisational skills in order to achieve this consistently.
Strong communication skills are highly regarded for the role, which would include interacting with students and teaching professionals.
Previous experience in the safe and hygienic storage and handling of food is desirable.
Suitable applicants may be required to assist with the preparation and maintenance of the learning environment by maintaining equipment, materials, and resources for use in classes, and assist the teacher with clean and safe storage of items after classes and activities.
Suitable applicants would also be required to undertake regular cleaning activities as directed, assist with the management of resources by maintaining and updating inventory lists, collating recipes, purchasing groceries, and monitoring stock levels and requirements, and reporting these to the teacher.
