Employment Type: 1 xFull-time, Temporary contract until June 2026 with possibility of extension and/ or permanency and 1 x Full-time, Permanent.

Classification: Health Professional Level 3/ Psychologist Level 3/ Registered Nurse Level 2 (PN 67239, 60993)

Note: This role will be filled at either Health Professional Level 3, Psychologist Level P3 or Registered Nurse Level 2 depending on qualifications and experience, in line with the Enterprise Agreement.

Salary for HP3: $109,543 - $117,878 (Plus 12% Super)

Salary for P3: $120,806 - $131,180 (Plus 12% Super)

Salary for RN2: $110,733 - $117,053 (Plus 12% Super)

About the Role:

* Note: These roles are multi-classified positions that can be filled by either a HPO3, P3 or RN2. There are two positions available. Please view 02OEW if you are a HPO3 or P3.

Ready to transform lives and reshape care pathways? As a Care Navigator with the Liaison and Navigation Service (LaNS), you'll be the guiding force for people with complex health and psychosocial needs across the ACT. This is your chance to lead with compassion, coordinate care across diverse services, and deliver support where it matters most—outside the hospital walls and deep in the community. You'll build strong relationships, advocate for consumers, and help them navigate the challenges of accessing multiple services. If you're passionate about person-centred care, system innovation, and making a real impact, this role is your next big move.
