Position Summary
Permanent full‐time Team Leader – Bakery Snacks Team, Carrara. Immediate start available.
Compensation: $29.77 – $33.49 per hour (including afternoon shift penalties and Saturday shift rates). Roster: Wednesday – Saturday, 9am to 7pm.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the team to meet production goals.
* Ensure food safety and product quality standards are met.
* Promote safe work practices and maintain a safe environment.
* Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members.
* Collaborate across departments to drive performance.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Computer literacy; SAP knowledge preferred.
* Results‐driven mindset without compromising safety or quality.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, hands‐on environment.
