* Crafting and serving high-quality tequila‐based cocktails with speed and precision.
* Providing a welcoming and chatty experience for all guests to ensure genuine satisfaction.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar area at all times.
* Assisting the floor team when needed to ensure seamless service across the venue.
* Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and high‐energy atmosphere.
Requirements
* Excellent English communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
* A reliable work ethic and the ability to work fast under pressure.
* A team‐player mentality with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
* Previous bar experience is preferred, but we are happy to train candidates with the right attitude.
* Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings.
