Looking to accelerate your career in business, analytics, inventory and commercial operations? As ZebraVet continues to grow, we've created a new Commercial Operations Coordinator role to support our expanding operations, supplier partnerships and commercial activities. This is not a typical administration role.

Working closely with ZebraVet's leadership team, you'll gain exposure to inventory management, business analytics, supplier management, sales support and commercial operations, making this an ideal opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional looking to fast-track their development.

About the Role

The Commercial Operations Coordinator supports three key business functions:

Operations & Execution (50%)

* Purchase order administration and supplier follow-up
* Inventory and stock reporting
* Product setup and maintenance
* Supplier onboarding coordination
* Reporting and data preparation
* Operational issue tracking and follow-through
* Sales reporting and analysis
* Promotional coordination
* Product launch support
* Website clearance category management
* Customer and product performance reporting

Supplier & Category Strategy (20%)

* Supplier meeting preparation and coordination
* Action tracking and follow-through
* Supplier reporting and rebate tracking
* Supplier communications

About You

This role would suit an early-career professional with 1–3 years' experience in business support, analytics, inventory, procurement, supply chain or commercial operations who is looking to broaden their commercial experience and gain exposure across multiple business functions.

* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Strong with Excel and data analysis
* Naturally proactive and curious
* Excellent communicator
* Eager to learn and grow
* Someone who enjoys improving processes and following tasks through to completion

Skills & Experience

* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* High attention to detail
* ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
* Reporting, dashboard or BI experience
* Wholesale, distribution, supply chain, retail or FMCG experience
