About the Role
Emergency Communications Officers (Triple Zero Call‐takers) receive and process all emergency and non‐emergency triple zero calls from the public and other emergency service agencies.
Your day will vary; you'll support callers in distress, maintain composure, guide them through the call, and work with teammates and leaders. You will receive comprehensive paid training before handling real calls.
Roster options are available: full‐time rotating roster, full‐time set roster, and part‐time set roster, allowing flexibility.
