Key Responsibilities
* Coach, mentor and develop PNG national mobile maintenance technicians
* Provide technical guidance and quality assurance on maintenance execution
* Act as a visible role model for safe work practices and high standards
* Support diagnostics and fault finding when required
* Identify skill gaps and recurring technical issues
* Contribute to continuous improvement, reliability and defect elimination initiatives
About You
* Auto Electrician Trade Qualification – Min 5yrs post trade experience
* Extensive experience maintaining heavy mobile mining equipment
* High technical credibility and ability to influence without authority
* Strong focus on safety, quality and disciplined execution
* Patient, calm and committed to developing national capability
