To be successful you will have the following:
Trade qualifications are ideal, but strong hands-on experience is essential
2–5+ years of Foreman experience with a reputable company
Experience on projects valued over $50M is highly desirable
Proven expertise in finishes, with a strong track record of quality outcomes
Position:
Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades to deliver high-quality workmanship on time and within budget.
Inspect work for compliance with project specifications, identify defects, and manage rectifications.
Liaise with site management and subcontractors, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.
Company:
The company is a Queensland developer delivering high-quality, design-focused residential and mixed-use projects.
Your initial project will be a 5 level development, with a 2 level basement in Yeronga.
It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and exposure to residential projects.
