Our Opportunity
As part of the graduate program, you will work across teams, deliver designs and reports, and receive on-the-job training in mechanical engineering.
You will be supervised by a professional engineer or project manager.
Responsibilities
Produce designs, reports and other project engineering deliverables.
Perform assignments under direct supervision.
Develop engineering and delivery skills.
Apply engineering techniques and procedures.
Be a team player and lead where appropriate.
Contribute to a diverse and inclusive organisation.
Commit to HDR values and safety.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Remaining or completed relevant tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Graduated before January ****.
0–2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong interest in building engineering services.
Passion for learning and commitment to skill development.
Undergraduate experience in a consulting environment is advantageous.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Commitment to employee-owned culture and active participation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
