Job Summary
* Deliver clinical and technical assistance to physicians and staff on Electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems, as well as all Cardiac Ablation products.
* Train and educate physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters related to Cardiac Ablation products and associated procedures.
* Promote safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
* Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
* Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business opportunities.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Training & Education, Business Development & Regional Business Director to identify and close potential sales opportunities.
* Work together with the team to provide customer training for mapping and other Cardiac Ablation Solutions products.
* Manage sales of Cardiac Ablation products within a specified territory.
* Represent Medtronic CAS effectively to physicians and support staff regarding CAS products, service, and support.
* Act as a regional champion to share experience and influence others to become proficient in mapping technology.

* Align sales efforts with national, regional, and territory sales objectives to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Build strong relationships with customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
* Conduct customer training sessions to enhance proficiency in mapping technology and promote product adoption.
* Drive sales growth within a specific territory by leveraging expertise and industry knowledge.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service, and support.
* Share experience and best practices with colleagues to drive continuous improvement and excellence in sales performance.
