Three Blue Ducks is a group of restaurants known for honest food, great drinks, and genuine hospitality. Our Byron Bay venue, set on the beautiful grounds of The Farm, is looking for a Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
About the Role
As Bar Supervisor, you'll take charge of daily bar operations - from crafting cocktails to training staff and managing stock. You'll work closely with the Bar Manager and FOH team to ensure service runs smoothly and the bar remains a highlight of the Ducks experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the bar team during service
* Create and serve high-quality cocktails, beers, and wines with consistency
* Oversee bar prep, stock levels, ordering, and cleanliness
* Train, mentor, and develop bartenders
* Contribute to seasonal cocktail menus and beverage lists
* Ensure compliance with RSA, hygiene, and safety standards
* Promote and uphold Three Blue Ducks' values around sustainability, quality, and community
About You
* Proven experience in a senior bar or supervisory role
* Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
* Confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills
* Calm under pressure and thrives in a busy service environment
* Passionate about sustainability, local ingredients, and great hospitality
* RSA certified
