We’re looking for a highly organised, dependable coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a practical, hands‑on role – one day you’ll be booking a driving lesson or arranging a plumber, the next you’ll be managing vehicle registrations, property utilities or travel plans. You’ll work from home, following clear processes, managing multiple priorities, and keeping our systems and records up to date.

Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day operational tasks across accommodation, vehicles, travel and utilities
- Manage property leases, inspections, maintenance and contractors
- Arrange and track utilities, internet and vehicle registrations
- Support workers transferring overseas licences to Australian licences
- Organise travel logistics for worker arrivals and departures
- Maintain accurate daily Excel records of completed actions and updates
- Communicate clearly with workers, suppliers and service providers
- Participate in the after‑hours phone roster (4 nights per fortnight) for urgent operational calls
- Contribute ideas to improve systems and efficiency
About You
- Naturally organised, reliable and calm under pressure
- Enjoys structured, practical work and clear processes
- Can juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Finds satisfaction in getting things sorted, fixed and finished
- Confident communicating by phone and email
- Skilled in Excel and data tracking
- 3+ years’ experience in operations, logistics or administration coordination
- Holds a current driver’s licence
- Comfortable working independently from home

Role Details
Hours: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm, four days per week
