Key Responsibilities Lead daily kitchen operations to a consistent, refined standard. Develop, execute, and evolve seasonal French-inspired menus. Manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships. Uphold food safety, compliance, and kitchen hygiene practices. Train, mentor, and develop a small, high-performing team.
