**Job Description**:
The Insights and Account Executive will:
- Act as strategic partner to our clients
- Become an expert in your market (industry, products, channels etc.)
- Ensure effective and efficient client training and onboarding of new customers
- Educate customers about the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needs
- Drive adoption (i.e. activation, reactivation and engagement) of GfK platforms within client organization by demonstrating clear ROI to client
- Develop fact-based answers to complex key business questions
- Deliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to our clients
- Help improve renewal rate by demonstrating clear business outcome and value
- Run final quality checks for the GfK seal of quality
