The Lucas Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our client, a leading provider of high-quality crop nutrition and crop protection products to Australia's most innovative farmers, through their reseller network.

The Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations Manager will oversee end‐to‐end supply chain performance encompassing sourcing, pricing, logistics, and risk management. The role is responsible for ensuring supply continuity, cost control, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability, while refining import and export pricing models to improve COGS accuracy and support margin performance. Working closely with the CEO and broader operations team, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and commercial outcomes across the business.
Requirements
* Senior industry experience or a relevant tertiary education
* Significant experience working nationally in logistics, warehousing or transportation operations
* Strong commercial acumen & risk management skills
* Prior experience and understanding of the regulations in the agricultural chemicals/fertiliser industry
* Excellent communication skills, to effectively convey complex information
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
* Willing to undergo a Police Check.
