We're looking for a Practice Manager to oversee our recently renovated, modern general practice clinic.

Our two GP owners practice clinically from the site and are committed to a professional and supportive work environment. The ideal applicant will be able to collaborate with the owners regarding the strategic direction and financial success of the business.

Our Practice
* Westside Medical Centre is a GP-owned practice situated in the health and medical precinct of Port Macquarie on the beautiful NSW Mid North Coast.
* We are proud to provide high quality, comprehensive primary care medical services to a well-established cohort of patients.
* The practice has a strong teaching focus, employing GP Registrars and hosting medical student placements.
* Our practice has grown steadily since its foundation in 2010. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading our team of 8 administrative staff and 5 nurses. The practice provides services to 15 specialist GPs, employs 2 GP registrars, and hosts junior doctors on rotation from Port Macquarie Base Hospital.
* The practice is open 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
* We host on-site pathology, visiting allied health and visiting medical specialists.
* We use Best Practice, HotDoc, Microsoft Office, Cubiko and Xero software
Essential Criteria
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead a team with a supportive and collaborative approach
Desirable Criteria
* Previous experience in GP Practice Management
* Proficient use of Best Practice and Microsoft Office software
* Experience using HotDoc, Cubiko and Xero software
