Your day‐to‐day will involve:
* Direct Engagement: Working closely with children of preschool age.
* Curriculum Design: Contributing to the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs in line with the EYLF.
* Quality & Reflection: Supporting high‐quality documentation, reflective practice, and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
* Community Connection: Collaborating closely with educators, leadership and families to build strong relationships.
Note: This position requires flexibility to support service needs throughout the 49 weeks the centre is open each year.
About You
You are a dedicated educator who values strong relationships and thrives in a team‐focused environment.
Our ideal candidate has:
* An ACECQA‐approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
* Strong, practical knowledge of the EYLF and NQF or willingness to obtain.
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood care.
Required Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Check & Police Check.
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
* Nationally Recognised Child Safety Training.
* Food Safety training.
