Your new role
In this role, you will oversee the management of a large number of maintenance properties on varying schedules. You will be responsible for attending sites to provide professional service and quoting to customers, through both verbal and written communication. You will also oversee the scheduling of works to be carried out by the 2 teams of maintenance crew that fall under your supervision. Hours are predominately Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm with some flexibility, though some out-of-hours work may be required for team and weather management if plans need to be adjusted and communicated. You will also manage the ordering of materials and plants as well as managing existing inventory.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application you will need:
* Strong and professional administration and communication skills
* Ability to do quoting and scheduling
* Exposure to gardening/landscaping/horticulture
* A valid driver's license and White Card
* Experience managing small teams
* Great customer service and strong internal liaison skills
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of $75,000 -$85,000 + duper dependent on your skills and experience. Your package also includes:

* 9 day working fortnight with every second Friday off
