The Role
As a Flick Sales Agent, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to upgrade/renew their services and speaking with incoming warm, leads, to convert them into Flick Customers. You will be required to follow a clear and effective sales process to ensure the best possible outcome for both Flick and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound and inbound calls according to KPI's and targets
* Follow the proven Flick sales process to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained
* Transition/upgrade current customers to the most suitable new services
* Present to new customers and recommend the most suitable services
* Obtain and record accurate information on the customers situation to ensure a seamless transition for the technical team and other departments
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
Position requirements
* Proven experience in outbound sales and/or telemarketing
* An engaging sales energy with a results-driven focus
* Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customer quickly
* Previous experience using a CRM system, Excel & Outlook
* Self-motivated with the ability to work as a positive member of the team
