Opportunity
You will work across a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:
* Commercial and contractual disputes
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
* Property and leasing disputes
* Debt recovery and insolvency matters
* Building and construction disputes
* Employment and workplace disputes
* Regulatory and business-related litigation
* Mediation, negotiation and court appearances

About You
To be successful in these roles, you will ideally have:
* Experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
* Strong drafting, communication and client management skills
* The ability to manage files with an appropriate level of autonomy
* A collaborative and team-focused approach
* A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
* Queensland practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
