Project / Design Manager – Roads, Integrated Transport and Mobility, QLD
As a Project and Design Manager in our Roads, Integrated Transport and Mobility Team based in our Mackay Office, you'll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineers solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
* Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
* Deliver high‐quality advice that informs decisions
* Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
* Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance
Qualifications
* Relevant engineering qualifications (Beng Civil, RPEQ) and experience in the management of multidisciplinary roads projects in Queensland
* Desirable experience delivering TMR and regional transport infrastructure projects across planning, detailed design and construction phases
* Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong client relationships
* A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
* Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
* The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
