We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the implementation and continual improvement of our WHSE&Q Management Systems across various manufacturing facilities.
This hands-on site-based role requires close collaboration with operational teams, occasional travel to other locations and a strong focus on promoting a culture of continuous improvement in WHSE&Q.
About the Role
* Support Implementation and Maintenance of Certifications: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards through effective management of certifications, permits and registrations.
* Facilitate Site-Based Risk and Hazard Management Activities: Identify, assess and mitigate risks and hazards within the workplace to create a safe and healthy environment for employees.
* Support Incident Investigation and Reporting Processes: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
* Maintain Safety Statistics and Identify Trends: Collect, analyze and report safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement, enabling data-driven decision making.
* Manage Document Control and Compliance Registers: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of documents, policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Assist with Training Needs, Inductions and Audits Internal/External: Provide training and support to employees on WHSE&Q policies and procedures, conduct inductions and facilitate audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Communicate Legislative Updates and Ensure Site-Level Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders and ensuring site-level compliance.
